Service Description

Integration Care is a 1:1 coaching offering focused on helping you process experiences, insights, and life transitions with clarity and steadiness. Sessions support reflection, nervous system awareness, and practical integration so inner shifts can be carried into everyday life in a grounded, sustainable way. This offering supports all forms of transition, including major life changes, spiritual awakenings, grief, relationship shifts, identity changes, and meaningful inner experiences. Integration Care also provides supportive space for processing experiences related to plant medicine journeys or other expanded states of awareness, with an emphasis on grounding, meaning-making, and embodied integration. Our work is informed by the chakra system, used as a navigational framework to explore energy flow, emotional patterns, and spiritual connection. The chakra system is not treated as dogma, but as a practical map to support awareness, integration, and alignment between inner experience and daily life. Please note: Integration Care does not include facilitation, preparation, or sitting for plant medicine experiences. Support is offered only after an experience has occurred and is focused on spiritual reflection, emotional processing, and practical application. Sessions are relational, non-directive, and paced with care, meeting you where you are and supporting you in translating insight into lived wisdom.
