This 60-minute in-person workshop explores how relationships shape us and how self-awareness creates the space for healthier, more conscious connection.

As part of the From Stuck to Flow mini-series, this session invites you to look at love through the lens of patterns, not blame. Romantic relationships, family dynamics, friendships, and the relationship you have with yourself all belong here.

Through guided reflection, conversation, and a hands-on creative practice called The Relationship Thread, you’ll explore:

• What helps you feel safe, seen, and connected

• Where energy gets tangled, overextended, or guarded
