From Stuck to Flow: A Día de Los Muertos Workshop

“Let’s journey with our ancestors by reclaiming our flow.” 

This Día de Los Muertos, I’m inviting you to gather with me in a space of remembrance, healing, and flow. Together we’ll honor our ancestors, explore the chakras as living pathways of energy, and play with practices that help us release what weighs us down. With cacao or tea in hand, we’ll share stories, laughter, and connection all while moving "From Stuck to Flow", as one community. Come ready to honor the past, be present with your energy, and step into the life you have always envisioned

What’s Included in the Evening

• Opening Ritual with your choice of cacao or loose-leaf tea

• Ancestor Connection: bring a photo of someone you’d like to remember for our shared Ofrenda (altar) (or keep it close by your side)

• Teaching & Exploration: how the chakras connect with ancestral energy for deeper healing
