Founder, Ordained Minister & Energy Practitioner
Rosie Mencia is the founder of Rosebud & Sprout and an ordained, non-denominational minister whose work is rooted in compassion, presence, and lived experience. After more than 20 years in accounting, a profound personal turning point redirected her path toward spiritual service and healing.
As a Certified Ordained Minister and Master Sound Healer, Rosie offers spirit-led blessings, ceremonies, energy work, and mentorship guided by the 12 Universal Laws. Her approach is intuitive, grounded, and deeply human. She creates sacred, welcoming spaces where people can release what feels heavy, honor life’s transitions, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom and natural flow.

Co-Founder, Ordained Minister & Vibrational Wellness Specialist
Jay Mencia is the co-founder of Rosebud & Sprout and an ordained, non-denominational minister with a deep respect for the science and structure behind vibrational healing.
With a professional background in dentistry as an insurance specialist, Jay brings clarity, balance, and grounded understanding to his work.
A Master Sound Healer with a lifelong connection to music, Jay offers vibrational wellness, mentorship, and ceremonial support that blends sound, frequency, and practical insight. His presence is steady and calming, providing a grounded counterbalance that supports restoration of harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.
Together
Married for more than 25 years, Rosie and Jay embody the balance of feminine flow and masculine steadiness, intuition and structure, softness and strength. Their shared life journey, shaped by love, loss, challenge, and growth, forms the foundation of Rosebud & Sprout.
Clients may choose to work with Rosie, Jay, or both. However they arrive, they are met with honesty, compassion, and integrity, and welcomed into a space where healing, reflection, and reconnection are always held with care.
